Prepare2Push is our signature prenatal fitness coaching program. This four week series is designed to get you ready both physically and mentally for labour, delivery and recovery. Each week we will explore different ways that movement can help you keep comfortable through all stages of pregnancy and help to move your labour along by learning to work together with your body through all stages of labour. We will explore and practice breathing patterns, labour positions and movements to help move baby through your birth canal all while building strength for a strong recovery.

I initially did Prepare2Push with Alanna and really enjoyed it so after I had my baby I was excited to try StrollerFit! It’s been a really good experience overall, the exercises are great - definitely pushes my limits, which is just what I need - and the opportunity to meet new Moms is an awesome bonus.
