What if my baby is fussy?

No big deal! We have all been there. I know it can be hard to have your baby cry in public but I promise we don’t mind! Do what you need to do to soothe your baby- feed them, change them, snuggle them! I never expect a room full of happy babies. Bringing a baby carrier with you is always an option as well and I can give you lots of modifications. A lot of babies are happy to sleep through class once we get going.

When can I start working out?!

Our prenatal program can be started at any point in your pregnancy provided you have the go ahead from your medical team. Once baby is here and you have had your postpartum clearance from your Dr or Midwife you are ready to go- usually at the 6-8wk mark.

Check out our small group programs for pregnancy and postpartum plus our 1:1 coaching support.
